Injectors are ultrasonically cleaned in a heated bath then back-flushed prior to being flow tested. Standard flow testing includes flowing at three (3) different RPM and Injector Pulse Width settings.

This service includes replacement of o-rings, filters and seals as applicable.

Additional flow testing is available for an additional charge.

When shipping injectors to us, be sure to place injectors in a sealed bag. Any packages that smell of gasoline or leak fluids will be rejected/returned by carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc). Also, please number or identify each injector. This will allow us to let you know which injector, if any, have issues to assist you with any tune up/fueling issues you may have.
